General Return & Exchange Policies
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (not delivery) to set up a return for exchange, store credit, or refund online.
Exceptions: If you miss the window, email our customer service team with your order number and photos showing the Pit Vipers in brand-new condition with original packaging. We’ll do our best to help.
Free Returns: Available for customers in the US, Canada, and Australia only.
Return Options:
USPS drop-off (box & label needed)
Happy Returns (no box or label needed)
Domestic Returns (USA / Canada / Australia)
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
Funds will appear back in your account within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
Your new order will be processed once the return shipment is marked “in transit” back to our warehouse.
You must return the original order before we ship the new one. Patience, my friend.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued via email once the return shipment is marked “in transit”.
International Returns & Exchanges
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but you will not be charged for exchange shipping costs.
Once your return is in the mail, email [email protected] with your return tracking information.
Sending us tracking details speeds up service, so don’t skip this step.
