Gift Returns

General Return & Exchange Policies

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase (not delivery) to set up a return for exchange, store credit, or refund online.

• Exceptions: If you miss the window, email our customer service team with your order number and photos showing the Pit Vipers in brand-new condition with original packaging. We’ll do our best to help.

• Free Returns: Available for customers in the US, Canada, and Australia only.

Return Options:

1. USPS drop-off (box & label needed)

2. Happy Returns (no box or label needed)

Refunds

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

• Funds will appear back in your account within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

• Your new order will be processed once the return shipment is marked “in transit” back to our warehouse.

• You must return the original order before we ship the new one. Patience, my friend.

Store Credit

• Store credit is issued via email once the return shipment is marked “in transit”.

International Returns & Exchanges

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but you will not be charged for exchange shipping costs.

• Once your return is in the mail, email [email protected] with your return tracking information.

• Sending us tracking details speeds up service, so don’t skip this step.

Gift Returns

Ohhh, so your Uncle Larry bought you the wrong pair of Pit Vipers?

• To set up a gift return, you’ll need the order number and the zip code associated with the shipping address.

• Don’t have that info? No worries, there are loopholes.
