Every order ships from The Pit Viper Center For World Domination in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Mountain Time: We’ll do our best to ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm Mountain Time: Ships the following business day.
Orders placed Friday afternoon: Ships Monday (even if you selected Overnight Shipping — we’re not Amazon; our shipping crew needs sleep).
Note: Carriers do not count weekends or the day your order ships toward delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking code when your Pit Vipers ship — along with a wicked video of us shipping your shades. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder. They like to hide there.
